Forwarding to Hotmail/Yahoo/Gmail/AOL
This is just a polite reminder that, if you are forwarding messages from your email accounts hosted with us to providers such as AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail you should not mark these messages as spam in their system.
If you do this, we are viewed as the spam source and this damages the reputation of the MX within their system. This will mean that future forwarded messages may not arrive.
If an individual user is doing this repeatedly we may be forced to remove their forwarder.
If you are a reseller, please make your customers aware of this.
